Upstate Billing, Inc. is ready and able to provide equipment for electronic PCRs which will be pre-tested to ensure that it complies to the standards and regulations put forth by New York State Department of Health and the Hudson Valley Regional EMS and the concerning electronic data processing.

All ambulances will be equipped with electronic computers to process PCRs. These devices will include the following features:
